Where a query cannot be resolved while you are on the phone, we will explain what we need to do and keep you informed of progress until the final resolution.
Where you have an agreement with AutoTrader and CarMarquet is passing car details and pictures automatically to AutoTrader, we also check on a daily basis that the data is being passed properly and that the correct number of cars are being shown on AutoTrader.
This saves you having to check the status of your AutoTrader adverts, and in case of problems we advise you immediately and liaise with AutoTrader technical staff until the problem has been resolved.
